Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Renace and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and my data (if you don’t have an account, you’ll see Delete my data).
4. Confirm.

Deletion is immediate: your account, your notebook and everything you’ve saved are removed, on your phone and on our servers.

Without the app

If you no longer have Renace installed, write to info@tarotparaelalma.com from the email you used to sign in to Renace, with the subject “Delete my account”. We use it to check the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days at most and let you know when it’s done.

If you never created an account, your notebook was linked only to your phone and we can’t tell which one is yours. In that case, install Renace on that same phone and delete it from the app, or write to us and we’ll find a way together.

What is deleted

• Your account (email and sign-in method: email, Google or Apple).
• Your notebook: answers, moods, chapters, previous rounds and follow-ups.
• Your profile data: name, birth details and how you identify.
• Your conversations with Compass and what it remembered about you, your dreams and your readings.
• The copies of your photos and your worry box, if you had them turned on.
• Your saved items and the patterns calculated from your notebook.
• The messages in a bottle you sent.

What may remain

• If one of your messages in a bottle had already reached someone, it may remain on their phone. It’s anonymous: it carries no name or anything that identifies you.
• Aggregated, anonymous data (for example, how many people use Renace in a country), which can’t identify you.
• If there are server backups, deleted data disappears from them within 30 days at most.
